Add message service (broker), which current uses activemq

bseeger requested to merge activemq-service into master

This is the first part of it - just adds the service. I'll do another PR for the 2nd part later today / early tomorrow. One that changes the modules that use activemq to use this instead. Stop me if that's not where you want this to go.
