clean up and add relative readme links

This just adds some relative links in the README files to make it easier to navigate the repository over the web.

Rename 'validation' service to reflect what it actually does, namely: type inference

We're really not doing validation with this code, we're doing structural typing or inference. That should be reflected in the name of the module. "Validation" is a minefield of a concept in RDF, especially given the open world assumption, and we don't want to touch that with a 39 1/2 foot pole.

I'm pretty sure this is working, but not 100% on that as the failure happens randomly.   It seems like this is working after running `mvn clean verify` a few times in the acrepo-itests dir.

I don't have any meaningful tests for this, but **YES, IT REALLY WORKS**

It also doesn't do any checking for whether an object _really_ has the `pcdm:Object` type, though I'm not convinced that doing so is really so important.
