Clears messages that may show up on the queue from previous tests

An attempt to fix:  #14

I'm pretty sure this is working, but not 100% on that as the failure happens randomly.   It seems like this is working after running `mvn clean verify` a few times in the acrepo-itests dir.

Create a PCDM Object extension

I don't have any meaningful tests for this, but **YES, IT REALLY WORKS**

It also doesn't do any checking for whether an object _really_ has the `pcdm:Object` type, though I'm not convinced that doing so is really so important.
