Add old ontologies

acoburn requested to merge add_old_ontologies into master

This adds the ontologies that are currently at https://github.com/AmherstCollege/acdc-ontology

I'd like to remove that other repository so that everything is consolidated here. Eventually, we should change these from RDF/XML to TTL, but that seems like a very low priority.
